While more transgender people are more visible these days, about less than 1% of people identify as transgender. But, about 5-10% of people identify as Gay, Lesbian, and Bi? I know no Transgender people so I have no clue what % of them prefer raw or safe sex. BUT I recently decided to identify as MtF and when I feel more comfortable with it, I'll probably continue to be BB friendly.

Sure it's not more of a legal issue and fear of getting raided? A little over a decade ago in Louisville, there were "adult" ordinances put in place (though not sure if that ever got considered as unconstitutional). I know some areas where having glory holes is a Health code violation and a few ABS in the Louisville area that no longer exist because of police stings more than a decade ago too.
