Four years ago (see below) I said English was the best. FAR BETTER is a no-label brand sold by the leather shop in Fort Lauderdale (where I'm from and where we spend our winters, so I bring them back to Toronto with us.) I won't name the shop here but it is the only hard-core leather shop there and has a branch in the infamous Ramrod bar. They give a good clean rush and then a more subtle afterglow that lingers. NO headache! I can huff on these ALOT (like when I parTy) and actually get a lasting high from them. If you go there, they are under the counter. Just ask for item #6. The catch? They are $40 US which is like $50 CD. But that is the large flat bottle. I wouldn't be surprised if other good leather shops in cities across in the US carry the same thing. (Tip: Between huffs, don't shake the bottle capped with your finger or thumb -- body oils and lube cause the fluid to lose much of it's potency faster than mere age.)

However you clean out, start with a natural BM. It makes quick work of the rest and it won't build dependence. A hot cup of coffee or tea can help. Lately, for travel, I've been using a squeeze bottle made as a sinus rinse. (www.NeilMed.com In the US and Canada, I find them in most drugstores.) It squirts from the bottom, not the top like other bulb type enemas. I get less air and don't need to refill the bottle to full for every rinse. It has a blunt nozzle that I just press against my rosebud, not inside so no lube needed either. You only need about quarter cup (2 oz / 60 mL) each squirt (IF you've had a natural movement first). Repeat with breaks to move and walk around until you rinse clean three times. Sometimes I'll feel myself gurgle after 23-30 minutes and will have just a tiny squeeze water still. If there's no dirty color or smell when I wipe that dry, I know I'm good to go. I might pre-lube at this point! Otherwise I'll rinse again with even less water. If I plan a long play scene in the evening, I'll eat very little all day.

English is by far the best for me. No headache, great rush.
