Is Lou's Place Still Around?

Featured Replies

I think it was around 7th and 28th. Can anyone tell me if its open and exactly where it is? Thanks!

Last I heard it had moved to westside in the 40s somewhere. Hoping to find it myself. If you hear, please let us know!

One night I actually went to the old location and the door was open, so I went up. Completely blackened space, no windows, and so torn apart I felt like it had burned, but of course no burn smell. It was really creapy and weird. And sad.

I like Lou a lot.

Lou moved his place a few times after he left 28th St. As far as I know, he is not in business right now. The story was covered in one of the gay papers a few months ago.
