Well, the first thing any man needs to produce more cum when ejaculating is enough of the right genes so that his prostate produces more seminal fluid. Guys with large and often lower-hanging balls seem to almost always cum more than average just because more seminal fluid is needed to transport the extra-large sperm production. But, those with average or smaller than average nuts are often bigcummers; unofficially but from observation, guys like that are often better hung than average. The expensive "men's health" supplements I've seen include both, which is why I don't understand why selenium has become so hard to find, at least in North Texas, while stores keep adding more of the latest fad, like a shelf full of only melatonin (which, if you're constantly needing, you're probably on a lousy sleep schedule; and children do not need it) or the latest supplement.  I read somewhere that someone recommended eating cucumbers, which I actually used to eat half of as part of a decent abs-development rotating diet--they provide liquid while their alkalinity counters our mostly now more acid diets.  (Semen, by the way, is naturally alkaline.)  If you happen to be able to converse with someone in a medical profession, they may well know what foods and supplements help the most.  Physicians, especially your own, are usually reluctant to share information that is that specific about men's sexual health.  But, anything that helps boost your testosterone naturally helps, too; in your teens and into your 30s, it's naturally high; but, physical exercise boosts it.  I burned a lot of calories when I was 26; my summer school schedule in college meant I had time to swim every day, up to half a mile by the end, so I ate 2 full servings of dinner just to maintain weight. At 36, I had a job that was physically demanding enough that it sometimes compared with a daily near-marathon--3200-plus calories at lunch just to maintain. But, that's why getting back to working out in my 50s was so easy. So, 7 years ago, I was in the best physical shape of my life; in good shape before that, no-one at group sex parties even considered that I might be a lot older than they expected.

So, my recommendation is eat right, especially when your regularly working out; stretch regularly; get plenty of sleep (so that your body but mostly your brain can regenerate); stay hydrated; masturbate at least daily when possible, practice edging--getting as close as possible to the point of no return, and for long periods of time at least once or twice a week; and, always sleep nude--that allows your cock to move unrestricted and get at least partially hard while you sleep, which means increase beneficial blood flow for that entire part of your body. (It started with me in my 60s, but scrotal sweating--perspiration plus excretions that combine to amount to the human equivalent of musk--makes some men feel like they can't sleep nude. However, since my early 60s, I've simply put a half paper towel under my scrotum and keep one on standby in case I wake up for any reason before the alarm.  I've also preferred since I was at least 10 to sleep nude on top of the bed sheets most of the year; in winter, heat from an unobstructed human body makes the bed warmer than with any bedclothes.
