Fuck/Spanking Table Designs

My lover and I are looking for a design to build our own Fuck (Spanking) table for our playroom.  Neither of us is into spanking, but we are into the position that these spanking tables [attached images] permit.  What is important to us is that everything is supported - arms, legs, torso and head - and that there is a 'notch' for my cock and balls so that he can get closer and ram as hard and deep as he wants without crushing my junk in the process [as seen in the last image which is NOT us].  Would be nice is he could do some ass-to-mouth in the process so that my head was supported but was also another hole for him to fuck in the scene.
