I am a married bi male and I am wanting to get my anal virginity taken.  I know that I need to clean myself out before hand but I hate the feeling of the enemas ( store bought).  I would love advice on a good way to get squeaky clean.  Thanks

Start with a good diet with fiber so stools are more solid. For douching when on travel, I'll use a plastic water bottle. Buy a water, and get a douche kit free.

I'll shower then use the bottle as an enema bag and squeeze in a few ounces and then expel. This simple technique works well enough and can be repeated until that water bottle cracks.

At home, I have a shower hose attachment. It is a dream for me! It came with a very long hose which can be handy. It is 9" piece which means it can go past the sigmoid colon and maybe the sigmoid flexure. If you add water there, you may loosen a large backup "supply" which you then can't ever douche clean till hours later. Think "less is more" when it comes to douching.

A good diet remains important.
