Well there is always the possibility of getting different strains of the virus. So if you don't want to run the chance of getting different strains that are resistant to different medications, then you should use a condom. On the other hand, it's just not as personal, nor pleasing to use a condom. And some guys love the idea of getting different strains from other guys....they want to be bred with all the DNA they can from other guys. So it's to each their own, as I like to say. As long as you know the risks, if you want to bareback, then do it. Life is too short.
