which country? I lived in the UAE... the internet there is censored, so any gay porn or hookup sites are blocked. It's easy enough to get around though and there's still craigslist. Hooking up online isn't as easy though. Homosexuality is illegal there, but as a non-muslim tourist or expat, it's highly unlikely that you'd run into any legal trouble. This is NOT the case in all Muslim countries, the UAE is relatively, very laid-back.
