January 18, 200818 yr So I open my e-mail and find an alert from this site saying I have five new messages. So I log in, and guess what, there aren't any messages. I think this was an ploy by the site owners to entice idle accounts to log in rather than be deleted, so they can claim more members. Well, I put a stop to this. I placed a message in my profile which essentially says that the profile has been abandoned and that messages left for me will not recieve a reply. I also added this site to my e-mail kill list so I will never recieve e-mail from here. That should prevent this ruse from working in the future.

We have no desire to get people to the site who are not active in looking for bareback sex. Not sure why you had an e-mail if you had no messages. I had one message and the e-mail said you have 1 message. Mine was accurate. Not sure why yours was not. There is a setting there that allows you to never get e-mail alerts when you get a PM. Use it. Personally, I don't care if an account or idle and then deleted. I don't want profiles on the site who are not interested in active looking for sex. So, the opposite of your suggestion is true.
