The numbers show a 13 in 10,000 incidence rate of contracting HIV from semen orally...though a lot of the risk depends upon whether the receiver has any breaks in the mucous membrane (mouth lining) or any sores around the lips. The chances are increased if you swallow. Anyway, I always swallow cum (just want to say that so you understand I'm not judging), it's a risk, but for some of us it's just too tasty to pass up

And any ulcers or minor injuries to the stomach lining or the esophagus give the virus an avenue of infection, so swallowing increases the risk, statistically.
